WELCOME North Carolina Cooperative Extension Service, Robeson County Center, is a field office of the North Carolina Land-Grant Universities--North Carolina State University and North Carolina A&T State University. Primary funding is provided by federal, state, and county governments. Supplemental funding is provided by a variety of agencies, organizations, and private businesses that assist in the dissemination of specific information and educational programs to various groups and citizens of Robeson County. VISION STATEMENT North Carolina Cooperative Extension Service, Robeson County Center, is the lead educational agency enhancing the human, economic, and natural resources of our county. GOALS To involve citizens in the process of identifying issues to be addressed and developing appropriate plans of action that will effectively and efficiently address these issues. To network with agencies, various groups, and volunteers in order to most effectively execute our plans of action. To develop and maintain resources that will enhance our educational efforts. To continually upgrade the professional competency of our staff so they will be able to effectively address the issues faced by our clients. To effectively evaluate our impacts as a base for future planning. To ensure that citizens and key leaders are aware of the availability of our programs and the impacts of our efforts.
