2021 ServSafe Managers Food Safety Certification Training
Join us for our upcoming ServSafe Managers Food Safety Certification training, beginning January 11, 2021, at 8:45 a.m. This five-day series will include three class days – January 11, 12, and 13, from 8:45 a.m.–4:30 p.m.; a review date – January 14, from 8:45 a.m.–noon; and the test date – January 15, from 8:45 a.m.–1 p.m.
The registration fee of $125 (check or money order ONLY, made payable to N.C. Cooperative Extension of Robeson County) may be paid at Cooperative Extension, 455 Caton Road, Lumberton, NC 28360. The fee covers the 7th edition textbook, test answer sheet, and handouts. The enrollment form must be returned with the registration fee by Wednesday, December 30, 2020. The last day to register is December 30, 2020.
It is a good idea to register in enough time to allow for at least 10 days to study before the class begins. The maximum number of participants in the class will be eight (8), in order to comply with social distancing guidelines. Unless the class is canceled, there are no refunds. Substitutions may be made by the registrant in advance of the first day of class.
If anyone has participated in this training offered by Cooperative Extension in the past and needs to retest or recertify, they can do so on January 15. The retesting fee is $50 and would need to be paid (check or money order ONLY) by December 30, 2020.
