Evidence-Based Program: Geri-Fit® Strength Training Workout for Older Adults

This no-cost event is intended for adults 60 years of age and older. Classes will be held at the O.P. Owens Agriculture Center located at 455 Caton Road in Lumberton on Wednesdays and Fridays from 10:00-10:45 a.m. This 12-week program starts January 14 and ends May 5.
