Class is Monday, January 29, from 1:30 -3:30 pm.  Class is being held at Cooperative Extension, Scotland County Center, in Laurinburg. 

Topics covered during this workshop will include trellising, training, and pruning vines; recommended varieties and cultivars; fertilization recommendations; and pests and diseases. There will be a demonstration AFTER class presentation.

After having class first at the Scotland County Extension Center, participants will travel to the vineyard of Shawn Bupp's located at 580 Edinburgh Road in Red Springs, NC. for hands-on pruning experience. Bring your pruners and dress appropriately for the weather.
