Statistics show agricultural workers are subject to a lot of health-related risks given the tasks of working with machinery, livestock, pesticides, and weather extremes. Managing an agricultural business can create a lot of stress of its own. Join us for a day focused on farm safety and personal wellness, as we provide educational training, health screenings, and resources that will hopefully keep you and your operations running as well as your prized equipment.

9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. Auxin Herbicide Best Management Practices Training
10:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. Break and Visit with Vendors
10:30 a.m. - 12:00p.m. How to Safely Use and Handle Paraquat Containing Products
12:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. Lunch and Keynote Speaker on Farm Stress
1:30p.m. -  3:30 p.m. Private Applicator V Training

One hour of N.C. Pesticide Credits N, O, D, and X will be available for each morning session and two hours of V credit will be available in the afternoon session.

A sponsored meal will be provided, so attendees staying for lunch must RSVP by March 3. Register Online.
