ServSafe Managers Food Safety Certification Training

Join us for our upcoming ServSafe Managers Food Safety Certification training, beginning February 22, 2021, at 8:45 a.m.  This five-day series will include three class days - February 22, 23, and 24, from 8:45 a.m.–4:30 p.m.; a review date - February 25, from 8:45 a.m.–noon; and the test date - February 26, from 8:45 a.m.–1 p.m.

The registration fee of $125 (check or money order ONLY, made payable to N.C. Cooperative Extension of Robeson County) may be paid at Cooperative Extension, 455 Caton Road, Lumberton, NC 28360.  The fee covers the 7th edition textbook, test answer sheet, and handouts.  The enrollment form must be returned with the registration fee by Thursday, February 11, 2021. The last day to register is Thursday, February 11, 2021.

It is a good idea to register in enough time to allow for at least 10 days to study before the class begins.  The maximum number of participants in the class will be eight (8), in order to comply with social distancing guidelines. Unless the class is canceled, there are no refunds.  Substitutions may be made by the registrant in advance of the first day of class.

If anyone has participated in this training offered by Cooperative Extension in the past and needs to retest or recertify, they can do so on February 26.  The retesting fee is $50 and would need to be paid (check or money order ONLY) by Thursday, February 11, 2021.
