There will be four different sessions that will include research-based education, hands-on cooking demonstrations, and healthy recipe tastings every Wednesday for the month of March.
Sessions will include: Living Well with Diabetes, Carbs and Sweetener's, Fats and Sodium, and Putting it all Together.
The class is a $20 nonrefundable fee. Registration is required. Please bring check or money order to our office to hold your spot. First come first serve.
