Collapse ▲There are two separate trainings being offered on September 23, 2020 – a morning class from 9–11 a.m. and an afternoon class from 1–3 p.m. Each has different recertification credits available, and you must register for each one if you wish to attend both. Registration is required due to COVID-19 restrictions, and class sizes are limited to 24 persons each. ONLY THOSE REGISTERED WILL BE ALLOWED TO ATTEND. You must provide a valid cell phone or email to receive confirmation of registration.
Private Applicator Recertification V Training – 9–11 a.m. – Training will provide information on Worker Protection Standard revisions, auxin herbicides, protecting pollinators, proper nozzle tip selection, and basics of air-purifying respirators. Two (2) hours of rectification in Private Applicator V Credits are available.
Pesticide Safety and Decontamination – 1–3 p.m. – This training opportunity will focus on properly decontaminating PPE and spray equipment. Attendees will gain a better understanding of the pesticide container recycling program and environmental stewardship. Two (2) hours of recertification in Commercial categories A, B, D, G, H, I, K, L, M, N, O, T, and X available.
