The registration fee of $125 (check or money order ONLY, made payable to N.C. Cooperative Extension of Robeson County) may be paid at N.C. Cooperative Extension of Robeson County, 455 Caton Road, Lumberton, NC 28360. The fee covers the 7th edition textbook, test answer sheet, and handouts. The enclosed enrollment form must be returned with the registration fee by Thursday, June 10, 2021. The last day to register is June 10, 2021.

ServSafe Enrollment Form

It is a good idea to register in enough time to allow for at least 10 days to study before the class begins. The maximum number of participants in the class will be five, in order to comply with social distancing guidelines. Unless the class is canceled, there are no refunds. Substitutions may be made by the registrant in advance of the first day of class.

If anyone has participated in this training offered by N.C. Cooperative Extension in the past and needs to retest or recertify, they can do so on June 25, 2021. The retesting fee is $50 and would need to be paid (check or money order ONLY) by June 10, 2021.
