Collapse ▲Camp is a gift that helps shape a child’s decision-making skills, team-working ability, and self-esteem. It is a gift that will give back for a lifetime! Camp offers friends for a lifetime; adventures in a safe, nurturing environment, and unforgettable activities like horseback riding; canoeing, archery, rock wall climbing, swimming, and ropes courses.
So, if you have a boy or girl between the ages of 9 and 14, consider giving them the gift of 4-H Camp this Christmas. The cost for camp is $800, which includes transportation to and from camp, meals (including lunch on the way up), rooming, $15 to spend at the camp store, and a camp T-shirt. All you need to do is come by the 4-H office and pay your $150 deposit or pay the full amount online to reserve your slot. If you pay your deposit in person, or full amount online, before December 20, we will provide you with a pillowcase that has the camp information, including dates on it that you can wrap for your child to open on Christmas morning. Imagine their surprise knowing they will get the chance to go to camp this July! The remaining balance is due by July 12.
