This eight-session program encourages pregnant and new moms to make healthy lifestyle choices.Participants will learn how to prepare simple, healthy foods for their growing family. Food demonstrations, mini fitness sessions, and food safety will be included in the sessions. Program is limited to ten participants; registration deadline is Friday, April 29, 2022.
